1. What Binta is
Binta is an open-source money transfer platform in alpha. The web app at binta.com is a demo and development environment. It is not currently used to process real money for third parties.
2. Alpha caveats
You should assume that any account, data, or transfer history on this environment may be deleted at any time without notice. Do not use the alpha site for any purpose other than evaluating the product.
3. No money transmission
Binta is not currently licensed as a money transmitter. See licensing. Any transfers executed through this environment during alpha are either mocked or routed through a licensed BaaS partner's sandbox.
4. Open source
The platform source is open under Apache 2.0 (TBD, final license pending review). You are free to fork and self-host. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the open-source license.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware state court.
