Pricing

One line per corridor. Nothing hidden.

Our customer-facing cost is fee + spread. Both are shown before you confirm the send. The spread is what we keep on the FX conversion; it's explicitly recognized as revenue in the ledger.

What's a spread?

The gap between the mid-market FX rate and the rate shown to you. We take 50 bps on NGN. If the rate changes between quote and send, the quote stays locked for 60 seconds.

What's a fee?

A flat percentage on the send amount, taken in source currency. On a $100 send, the $1.50 fee is deducted first; the remaining $98.50 is converted.

What's not included

If your card issuer charges you a cash-advance or international fee on the funding, that's on them. ACH funding has zero issuer fees.

Future state

As we earn our own licenses, these numbers drop.

Launching under a BaaS partner means ~40% of our margin is theirs. Direct bank relationships (Phase 2) cut that. Owning the US MTLs (Phase 3) cuts it further. By Phase 4 the US→NG spread target is 25 bps and fee is 0.75%. Read the licensing roadmap →
